A genuine engine cover can be attached without any modification. High power ignition kit for RB26DETT is equipped with IP Power Coils for Nissan GTR R35 with custom boot. The feature of our IP Power Coils for the GTR (R35) is high secondary voltage. Since it marks a particularly high output in our line-up, it demonstrates a great effect in engines with high required voltage. The IP Power Coils has a built-in igniter that sends signals from the ECU directly to the Coils. In order to connect the signal from the ECU to the power coil, a special connector that fits the vehicle side 6-pole connector to which the power transmission was connected is equipped as standard. It can be installed by coupler-in without cutting the wiring.

Factory OEM (simultaneous ignition system)
In the factory OEM ignition system for R32 and R34, the power transmission (igniter) receives the signal from the ECU and the power transmission switches the coil. There are many problems with this power transmission that are defective and the ignition is not stable. The R34 has an igniter built into the coil and the power transmission has been abolished.

IP Hexa Pac (Independent Fire System)

The IP Hexa Pac uses a coil with a built-in igniter. By sending the signal from the ECU directly to the coil, a power transmission is unnecessary. (R32, R33)
